Originally, PVSB core activities are vacuum formed manufacturing products of EIAJ STD 178mm (Diameter) Plastic Reel, PVC, HIPS, PP, PET and Anti-PVC's Tray for electronics industries and Injection 330mm (Diameter) for semi-conductor industriesA major product profolio of PVSB is EIAJ STD HIPS Plastic Reel for ceramic capacitor, transistor and carrier tape. In middle of 1998, PVSB has taken proactive step in plastic which PVSB has included Injection Plastic Reel and EIAJ STD plastic Reel into its product portfolio. In the middle of 2004, PVSB has invested in plant and machinery to meet the growing demands for clean room vacuum forming packaging. Our clean room facility is able to wash and pack our finished product to meet the most stringent requirement of electronics and semiconductor industries. In the end of year 2004, PVSB diversify into a thicker range of thermal forming product, material using such as HDPE, PP, ABS and PC, the thickness range between 1. 5mm ~6. 0mm. This is to cope up with automobile market demand. PVSB will continuously upgrading its facilities as well as its quality management system.
